Located in the heart of Chennai, our robust Outpatient Unit acts as the first line of defense against animal suffering, receiving over a whopping 2,000 OP cases per month.

When severe trauma hits, seconds count. BMAD houses one of the most advanced veterinary operating theatres in the region, managed by highly capable and experienced veterinary surgeons.

Urban environments are notoriously hostile to large animals. Our Large Animals Unit specializes in the rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation of bovines (cows and bulls), equines (horses and ponies), goats, pigs, and occasionally rescued camels.

Mass sterilization is the only humane and effective method to control the street animal population, mitigate territorial aggression, and prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases like rabies.

Urban expansion frequently forces local wildlife into dangerous contact with human infrastructure. Operated in proud collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Forest Department, this specialized unit operates 24*7 as an essential asset for wildlife conservation.
